Account Manager – Content Management

At Fishbowl Solutions, we consult with companies in order to improve their access to information, streamline current processes, and drive innovation. As an Account Manager, you will engage with new and existing clients to uncover innovative solutions to key business problems by leveraging content management and custom Fishbowl software. You will also partner with our in-house team of technical consultants to design, deliver, and implement solutions that help our customers solve their costly, frustrating, knowledge-sharing problems.

As a Fishbowl Account Manager, a typical day might include the following:

  • Leading enterprise-wide sales pursuits valued at $100,000-$750,000 in revenue
  • Strengthening existing customer relationships and uncovering new business opportunities through calls and emails
  • Conducting effective remote or on-site presentations and solution demonstrations
  • Working with the services team to forecast resource needs for upcoming projects
  • Teaming with the marketing department to deliver effective lead generation campaigns to Fishbowl prospects
  • Helping organizations understand the value of solving knowledge sharing problems by driving strategic conversations with leaders across all business lines

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years experience inĀ IT consulting or technical sales preferred
  • Demonstrated success selling to large enterprise opportunities, managing complex sales cycles and selling to business and technical executives
  • Communicate effectively over the telephone, in-person, and via email with high-level decision makers
  • Proven track record of exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual quota in a sales role
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with high-level decision makers
