This month, Fishbowl Solutions announced the start of new Director of Sales, Jon Paradis.  Paradis will manage a team of account executives targeted to sell on-premise and cloud-based content management, portal, mobile, intelligent chatbot, enterprise search, and product lifecycle management solutions into defined territories and/or vertical markets of existing and new accounts.

The Director of Sales is a member of the Executive team and sets the pace for the growth of the organization. The position includes hiring and coaching a world-class enterprise sales team, pipeline development, strategic planning, account management, accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of defined sales quota. Paradis will be working closely with Marketing, Services and Product Management to execute strategic plans and sales campaigns.

Paradis has spent the last 15+ years leading global sales and alliances efforts at software-as-a-service and technology-based businesses.  Prior to Fishbowl, Paradis held a variety of leadership roles at Sovos and helped the business grow from 30 to over 800 employees during his eight years. Earlier in his career, Paradis held leadership roles at Actcom and Fargo Electronics.
