Fishbowl Solutions Hires Ben Hagen as Director of Sales
Hagen to lead sales team dedicated to driving software and service-based solutions to market for Oracle WebCenter, Oracle Mobile Cloud Service, PTC Creo and Windchill, and Enterprise Search with Google and Mindbreeze
MINNEAPOLIS, January 8, 2020 – This month, Fishbowl Solutions announced the start of new Director of Sales, Ben Hagen. Hagen will manage a team of account executives targeted to sell on-premise and cloud-based content management, portal, mobile, digital assistants (chatbots), enterprise search, and product lifecycle management solutions into defined territories and/or vertical markets of existing and new accounts.
Hagen joins Fishbowl Solutions after serving in various sales management and director roles for software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies including Digital Pharmacist and Restaurant365. At each of these companies, Hagen focused on reducing inefficiencies within the sales process and decreasing sales cycles. He will focus on doing the same at Fishbowl Solutions, as well as developing the sales strategy to do more value selling to line-of-business contacts.
The Director of Sales at Fishbowl Solutions is a member of the Executive team and sets the pace for the growth of the organization. The position includes hiring and coaching a world-class enterprise sales team, pipeline development, strategic planning, account management, accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of defined sales quota. Hagen will be working closely with Fishbowl’s Marketing, Services/Delivery and Product Management departments to execute strategic plans and sales campaigns.
