Ten Fishbowl Solutions Employees Earn Mindbreeze InSpire Expert Certification
Recognition Furthers Fishbowl’s Ability to Implement Mindbreeze InSpire Enterprise Search Solutions
Fishbowl Solutions, a Mindbreeze Certified Partner, announced today that ten team members have recently completed the Mindbreeze InSpire Expert Certification program. These certifications demonstrate Fishbowl’s commitment to mastering Mindbreeze technology and providing the highest level of support to their enterprise search customers.
Six of the Fishbowl employees to complete the certification are members of Fishbowl’s Mindbreeze deployment team responsible for implementing and configuring the appliance for Fishbowl customers. This includes Senior Software Consultant Andy Weaver, Mindbreeze team leads Jeremy Hericks and Jake Ferm along with team members Michelle Hromatka, Tom Johnson, and Nate Scharber. Three members of the product development team, Director of Product Development, Greg Bollom; Software Engineer, Sean Deal; and Product Manager, Kim Negaard were also among those to complete the certification program joined by Product Support Team Lead, John Lundgren.
In addition to the Mindbreeze certification, Weaver, Bollom, and Negaard have all previously been recognized as Google Search Appliance (GSA) Qualified Deployment Specialists – the highest level of GSA certification possible for Google partners further signifying their expertise in the enterprise search market and equipping the team to support customer migrations GSA to Mindbreeze.
