As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Fishbowl Solutions, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our sales team’s effectiveness. You will support the development of sales content, manage CRM and marketing automation tools, and analyze sales data to drive our go-to-market strategy. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing content that resonates with our target audience. As a Fishbowl Sales Enablement, a typical day may include the following:

  • Strategic Marketing: Utilize Eloqua and CRM platforms to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with experts to craft compelling content, including emails, blog posts, and video updates, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Event Management: Manage event content and ensure timely updates on our website and social media platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to develop and refine marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics to predict sales trends, providing actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • CRM Accuracy: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of CRM reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Documentation & Playbooks: Create and maintain Standard Work documents and playbooks to streamline sales processes and ensure consistency.
  • Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of Fishbowl Software, IP, and select Oracle offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends in content management, cloud computing, and generative AI to position Fishbowl Solutions as a thought leader in the industry.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in a high-technology sales organization or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong data analysis experience, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
