DHL Express Partners with Oracle and Fishbowl Solutions to Engage their Global Workforce in a Digital World

To improve employee engagement and increase retention, Fishbowl Solutions helped DHL build a mobile-ready, employee engagement portal using Oracle Content Management. This portal and mobile app, called Smartr, enables DHL’s 100,000-plus employees to find job and company information, connect with DHL colleagues, and provide a social-like work experience using their mobile phones.
