Finally the internal licensing battles at Oracle seem to have been resolved. 
We are very happy to report that a limited use license of Oracle WebLogic Server Enterprise Edition is now included in:
– Oracle Enterprise Content Management Suite
– Oracle Universal Content Management
– Oracle Imaging & Process Management
And a restricted use Oracle WebLogic Server Standard Edition is now included with Oracle Universal Content Management Standard Edition.
The restricted-use Oracle WebLogic Server licenses apply to both new and existing content management customers.

There is also great info mentioning that Oracle UCM comes with the Unified Business Process Management Suite (page 53) and can be fully used to store and manage any and all content attached to business processes.
