The Gartner MQ for WCM has been out since August. Oracle is again strongly in the leaders quadrant.
The strengths for WCM 11g are around business application and portal integration taking advantage of the already mature WCM offering, structure and framework.
The cautions are very interesting to read and I encourage you to do so for yourself. But each of the three bullet points seem to warn about how Oracle does business, manages the R&D process and pursues the deal rather than about the technology itself.
What you should take away is that a smaller, more agile, and WCM/ECM/E20 focused organization such as Fishbowl can better explain, demonstrate, and deliver the value that the analysts and market already agree is in the product.
