Fishbowl Administration is the foundation for Fishbowl’s products within WebCenter Content. In version 5.0, we have made significant improvements to the UI and functionality. The Configuration Management page now consolidates the pages for importing, exporting, and deleting configuration objects into one table, simplifying navigation. Filtering the table is now easier through intuitive filter menus that allow selecting multiple values. Additionally, every configuration page now features a help icon in the top-right corner, providing users with instant access to valuable information across all of our products.
Subscription Notifier 6.0:

Subscription Notifier empowers users and administrators to create powerful subscriptions to help stay up to date with documents in WebCenter Content. With version 6.0, we have revamped the configuration page to enhance usability. Subheadings have been introduced to clearly delineate different parts of the form, improving the overall flow of creating a subscription. Furthermore, we have replaced standard checkboxes and true/false radio buttons with custom toggle switches, offering a more intuitive interface. To streamline the form, some lesser-used options have been moved to an expandable “More Options” section, simplifying the subscription creation process.

Workflow Solution Set provides several enhancements to workflows in WebCenter Content, including the customization of workflow review frames. In version 3.0, we have introduced a full query builder with access to all metadata fields, enabling users to configure rule criteria more comprehensively. Previously, Workflow Solution Set consisted of several separate components for different features. However, in version 3.0, we have combined these features into one unified component, improving efficiency and user experience.
