Apple overtook MSFT in market cap today.  What does this mean for Enterprise 2.0?  Lets break it down.

ask us about Project Dragon

More investors (or at least capital) think they can make more money in Apple than in MSFT.

That means they think Apple will sell more than MSFT.

What does Apple sell?  sexy mobile computing devices with a slick UX for people.

What does MSFT sell?  solid work-a-day business software for workers.

Therefore investors are betting more on the market of people than the market of workers.

What separates people from workers?

People buy and use because they WANT to.  A need is met.  An experience is desired.  A convenience is achieved.

Workers buy and use because they MUST.  A duty is imposed.  A task must be executed.  A hoop must be jumped

through.

What does this mean for us?

Well, who do we want as customers, people or merely workers?

Enterprise 2.0 is remaking workers into the people they already are from 5-8.

Here at Fishbowl Solutions, we focus on people, on solutions to real business problems, on the experience of people, on creating convenience and spurring desire.  And, quite simply, that rocks.
